Feed to submitt?

In the above you state that you use a 'Feed To Submitt'. How do you do this? I would love to know how as we are currently manually logging into all of our rss & article marketing sites by hand to submitt. Look forward to hearing back Do you find this valuable?

This is about submitting RSS feeds to other sites - not for submitting articles to directories. Do you find this valuable?
