Aggregation sites are sites that pull content from multiple RSS feeds, usually based on the feeds that users suggest along with the ones that editors suggest as well. They take the content from the feeds and categorize, sometimes based on the feed and other times post by post. This is useful because they always link back to the source of the feed. The good news here is that it is a way of building links without doing much work. You simply add your feed or feeds and hopefully the aggregator will pick up the feed and start archiving it.

Before you submit a feed to a site, make sure to read the policies and procedures of the site. Some require you to make an account, some suggest it. Some have editors that help to approve the feeds, others are more automated. But they are all slightly different so it is a good idea to read up before you just start submitting.

What we do is create a folder of bookmarks in firefox with all the sites in it. Then when we have a feed to submit, we just hit open all - and it opens all the sites in new tabs. We use this trick with article marketing and press release sites as well.

There are many more sites like these out there. Just make sure to read and follow all terms or services and policies of each site. No sense in wasting your time or the editors time by submitting bad quality or spam like feeds to these sites.
